"God Is Bigger"
God is bigger than all the world's strife and God lives because He is life.
When today despair roars as a lion; remember He is God and rules still in Zion.
Sometimes life's troubles can hide away the sun but keep in mind; this day has just begun.
When today you feel weighted down with care; lift your heart to heaven and go to God in prayer.
My God is bigger than any giant and I stand today on Him most reliant.
Trouble's giants today are in parade but to God is but a masquerade.
Giants in array are all around of hurt, of pain and of shame but there's not one that God can't tame.
Goliath was huge, so easy to see but David looked past to God and His guarantee.
God is bigger than cancer or despair and David said, "I've faced already this bear."
You may be weak, big ,old, small or you may be tall but it is the giant that will fall.
Today let no giant block the sun, for God is bigger and will never be outdone.

1 Samuel 17: 45. This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 ... And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give you into our hands.
As a boy I watched cartoons like Mighty Mouse. This little mouse flew through brick walls, swung cats by the tail and defeated all bad guys. It was explained that he went to a super market and ate super cheese, super milk and a variety of other super foods and this is how he became so strong. He did it to help others, not for his fame. We too have dined on the super food of Jesus Christ. It is said that David wrote most of Psalms and these are his songs but nowhere do we read in one of his songs of killing the giant. He does explain though, that he had been a giant killer all of his life. The bear and the lion were only the beginning. He knew that each day produced bears, lions and Goliaths but he also knew that he by God's power would be victorious. As he braves the giant, David declares he can do so because of God. God used David with what he had. I am a firm believer if David had taken a pea shooter; Goliath would have fallen. He went against a seemingly undefeatable giant. We today face these as well with family, discouragement, depression, health and it is ever all around. Step up to your giants today and explain to them why you will defeat them. We are Mighty Christians. God is bigger than any giant the world can produce. May God Really Bless You!. Keep shining and be as good as you can be and when you have a chance; you pray for me.
