"It Seems Life A Race"
It seems life a race as we keep this frantic pace.
Life is so fast, we can only view our past.
If I would advise myself in yesterday; I would say, "you have today."
Cherish this life today, for soon it will be gone, will slip away.
I would be sure more frequent to stop, and see the man that ran the cabinet shop.
To my uncle who loved to kid and stunt, I would go on more late night hunts.
To my Papaw who worked so hard, I would more often mow his yard.
I would find more time to fish, and on a star more wish.
I would tell my parents more I love them, and life would be less grim.
I would listen more to Mamaw pray, and would see a much brighter day.
I would be kinder to my children and my wife, so it would be a better life.
To my brother and his happy crazy way, at his home I'd longer stay.
Should we sit and hope of yesterday, or live life most full today?
It seems this life a race, so choose today to slow the pace.

Today is so special. There will never again be today. Spend time with the ones you love before that time is gone away. Life is a special gift from God to us. We are privileged to live life and find as much joy as our infinite frames are capable of searching. We can enjoy this life even more by seeking more fellowship with the giver of life and the creator of all creation. Share a special moment today with friends and family. Give God praise for something special in your life today. Keep on the sunny side. Keep shining and be as good as you can be and when you have a chance; you pray for me. May God Really Bless You!
