Love is best when we can share and no other gift can ever compare.
Love is closer than mist over the deepest river, shielding from the cold without a shiver.
Love is much closer than smoke to the fire, reaching to be close, so filled with desire.
Love is closer than a cloud is to rain, returning over and over again.
Love is sometimes sad and sometimes blue but it is experienced when shared by two.
Love can be expressed without a word and to live without love is most absurd.
Love is long while life is shorter each day; don't wait too long to give yours away.

God has blessed me with great children and grandchildren. I have in-laws that are more than nice. Our son-in-law and daughter-in-law are simply our own. We have grandchildren from two to fourteen with more with love so special in between. I have a wife that God has blessed me with joy I've never come close to deserving. In the background is the two year old Eli and me. He's still hard of talking and I'm getting more and more hard of hearing but we're talking anyway. No one else may be able to understand what we are saying but we know. I had a Mammaw that was my love and inspiration. I had classmates that in my eyes were just awesome and admired. I've been allowed to preach all over this nation and other places too. One told me that they thought my life had been quite hard but they just didn't know how much love that had softened the blow. I had school teachers and coaches that were genuinely interested in me. I thank God for the life he has given me and allowed me to live. When I leave this world; I hope to both leave love and take love with me. Today give the gift that lives and keeps on giving. Give your love away.
