"Someday There Will Be No Night"

Someday there will be no night, and I'll no longer be concerned with what is wrong or right.

Someday there will be no night, and I'll not only see, but be in the light.

Someday there will be no night, and the devil will no longer be able to hide, but run in fright.

Someday there will be no night, and death will never again be our plight.

Someday there will be no night, and aids and cancer, we will no longer have to fight.

Someday there will be no night, and preachers, doctors, and lawyers will be unemployed, and Christ Himself, will be our light.

Someday there will be no pain, and not one more tear will be shed, from a world of strain.

Someday no one will ever die, and not one more funeral will I attend and cry, as we will all be together by and by.

Someday all little children will be fed, and every prayer will be answered, that they have prayed beside their bed.

Someday I'll fly away, and in my new home, I'll stay.

Someday I'll fly away, and as this journey comes to an end, a brand new life I'll begin.

Someday I'll leave this shell of clay, and I'll be free in heaven to romp and play.

Someday there will be no night, because the Son of God is the Light.
